During checkout, the guest can choose their preferred shipping option—we’ll provide an estimated delivery date for every item in your bag based on your shipping selection, the delivery address, and where the item(s) ship from. How much is shipping?
Standard shipping and returns are always FREE on orders of 100 USD+ within the US. We also offer express shipping options, and these shipping rates can be viewed at checkout. If you have any further questions, please send us an email at contact : Contact @osysthelabel.com .

Do you have international shipping?
Absolutely.

We are now offering FREE SHIPPING on orders of 100 USD+ (or equivalent in other currencies) in select countries and regions[2] for a limited time[1]. Orders under $100 will be charged a shipping fee of at least $8.99.

We will make sure you get the sunglasses you want. Just enter your full address and we will take it from there. Plus, for free shipping orders, we'll assist you with customs duties and you won't have to pay any additional fees! (All you need to do is place your order and wait for the package to be delivered to your doorstep without any other actions or fees!)

Customers purchasing from a country served as DDP[1] will incur relevant import duty and tax. These costs are included in the final purchase price.

Customers purchasing from a country served as DDU will be charged for the items purchased and shipping costs only. Import duty or tax costs will be invoiced to you directly from DHL(or other logistics carriers) or an import broker appointed by you. We recommend you contact your local customs authority to determine a landed cost price prior to purchase completion.

What is your exchange policy?
Here at OSYS, we encourage exchanges if you have any issues with the style you purchased. All orders and pre-orders can be returned for free exchanges or store credit within 30 days of your order being purchased.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

What is your return policy?
Eligible products and orders have free returns within 30 days of your order being purchased. To initiate your return, please email us at Contact @osysthelabel.com.

To be eligible for a return/refund, your item must be returned in the original packaging that you received and in new condition. The original packaging must have the sunglasses you ordered and all items that it came with intact. We won't be able to process a refund on sunglasses that are used or damaged.

****Ineligible products and orders include any personally customized products, any eyewear with added customized lenses, free products, and free gift orders.

Can I track my order?
Yes. You will receive a confirmation email once your package has been picked up and is in transit. This will include a tracking number and instructions on how to check the status of your order.

When will my order arrive?
If you are in the US, your product should arrive within 7 business days from being dropped off at the shipping facility. Please note that we are a small team that takes the weekends off! If you place an order over the weekend, we fulfill orders and ship on the following workday.
- Free Standard: 6 to 9 business days. -
In the US, APO, FPO, DPO addresses, and remote addresses such as Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico are unavailable for fast express service and require longer shipping times.

For international orders, shipping time is within 14 business days (not including customs processing time).

Delivery failure due to consumer liability
Incorrect shipping address or other shipping information, unaccepted packages at the time of delivery, and failure to respond to emails regarding requests for additional information from customs for more than 72 hours (international shipments only) are considered causes of delivery failure caused by the consumer. OSYS will not be liable for delivery failures due to consumer liability.
In case of delivery failure for any reason, OSYS will promise to resend the items free of charge (no more than 1 time per order), but the recipient will have to pay the shipping cost again. When the logistics company/post office delivers the package to the order destination address, OSYS will no longer continue to be responsible for the shipping.
